Conference Exhibition:
Information on the Exhibition
Exhibitors will be required to setup their booths from 2.00 p.m. (local time) on October 5th, 2011, at the Conference venue. All exhibitors are required to register online on or before 23rd September, 2011.
Facilities:
- The exhibition will be held in a fully air-conditioned prefabricated structure and divided into spacious and functional booths (of 3x2.5 meters each) for various exhibitors. One exhibitor can pay for more than one booth.
- Constant power supply is guaranteed.
- Security personnel will maintain round-the-clock surveillance
Conditions for Exhibition:

The exhibition will be held at the Abuja Hall of the International Conference Centre.

The exhibition will start on 5th October 2011 and end on 8th October 2011.

The opening hours of the exhibition are 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. daily
- The Exhibition fee is N350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand naira) or $2,500 (Two thousand five hundred dollars) per 3x2.5-metres booth.

The setup for the exhibition will commence from 2.00 p. m. on 5th October, 2011, and will be dismantled as from 4.00 p. m on 8th October 2011.
Exhibition booths and materials should be manned by the exhibitors themselves and they will be held responsible for any damaged booth(s).
